SkillsTech Australia

"SkillsTech Australia began on 1 July 2006, and when fully operational will specialise in automotive, building and construction, manufacturing and engineering, and electrical/electronic studies throughout Queensland. The creation of SkillsTech Australia heralds the beginning of a new era in trade and skills training and delivery in Queensland.

From now until 2009, trades training offered at existing TAFE institutes in metropolitan Brisbane will gradually be transferred to SkillsTech Australia facilities at Acacia Ridge and Eagle Farm."
